Do you carry out landscaping, fencing, patios or other structural garden work?

No. We specialize in traditional garden maintenance and lawn care services only, as outlined on the Services page.

We do not undertake structural landscaping or construction-based garden projects.

To ensure quality and reliability, we only commit to the services clearly listed on this website.

Do you cover Forfar, Brechin and Dundee?

SHM Garden Services operates across Arbroath, Auchmithie, Carnoustie, Montrose, Letham, Monifieth and Friockheim, including surrounding areas in between.

At present, we do not extend services to Forfar, Brechin or Dundee.

Do you work during the winter months?

Typically, no. Regular maintenance and lawn care work concludes around early November.

Winter work is limited to scheduled fruit tree pruning in January, with routine services recommencing from mid-March as the growing season begins.

Why don’t you list a phone number?

To ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately, we ask all new customers to use the contact form.

The form collects key details such as location, service type and photos, which allows us to properly assess the work required before responding.

This means we can provide clearer replies and manage enquiries much faster than would be possible via phone calls during busy periods.

We personally review every submission and aim to respond within 24 hours.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes. Quotes are provided free of charge following review of your enquiry and, where required, a site visit.
